Exactly! Looks like they will sapu lots of our overhangs. But most likely those expensive, TOD kind of overhangs, since they are very used to public transport.

No surprise with their pricing since their development is really high end. I read their write up during the launch that one of their biggest investor for this project is the Canadian Pension Fund. Hopefully they are able to get a healthy ROI rather than being classified as over hung properties.

1800 psf - is this current average or just that particular development?
ED has much lower price psf during launching almost 10 years ago..
So ED buyer still has good price to sell..
