Why cage themselves back into a pigeon hole experience since they have had a taste of it back in the motherland. Malaysia has so much more to offer.

Hongkies are cash rich. They don't need to take out loan or mortgage to purchase our properties. Can't say the same when they purchase properties back home, 3 generations to pay off. 😅
