Hi, recently I applied for the aeon gold mastercard, may I know if there is any 1st year annual fee waiver as it seems that there is an annual fee of RM 95 as stated in the below website link:

just swipe 12x a year to get auto waiver, once u get the card, swipe 12x in order to get waiver for 2nd year

May I know what’s this fulfillment period as stated in the clause for 15% cash back for first retail? I’ve checked my account but I don’t see my purchase being rewarded with cash back. Is it have to wait til April 2018 only I will get my cash back?

Really tensen with CS asking verification question.. Ask about something 1-2 years ago, my last installment plan, last installment i use 1-2 years ago how could remember.. Then ask where I pay.. Said CDM Aeon Cheras Selatan.. and she said what's specific name.. What more specific I dunno la..

BTW, I issues is cannot receive TAC after MNP to other provider..Other service I use no problem.. Maybanks/CIMB all no need to do anything.. Even google and yahoo can receive..

i have called Aeon cs request to cancel my aeon big cc and approval by Aeon on last month. today i tried to log in and noticed i still able review all my info. I tried to call cs and they said their system unable to delete my info. Although my cc has been cancelled but still able log in and view all info. izit true that i cant delete all my info after cancellation?

I get the same questions again and again, which i couldn't answer, then had to call back again for another set of questions. Next time when you get through, ask them for the answers then note down yourself. Other questions like emergency contact.....I couldn't remember this one My office number changed and i couldn't recall my last office number, nowadays who use office numbers?

They have an inhouse IT team, which is not that great. I call in almost 6 months in a year to get my statement. Even portal doesnt show my statement. Bear with it.

Oo.. can ask for answer? They ask my office address.. I change job 3 time within this 2 year.. Forgot already which 1.. Last time they ask, which petrol i use most.. I thought they want know location, it's most not last also.. How to calculate, i just pump the one nearest when low oil light up. Then I realise they just want the brand not location... Petronas or shell or caltex..

You can ask for the answers or change the answers (reasonably) after you have been verified on the call. Petrol, yes they want to know which brand you usually pump. Sometimes they even ask for last transaction, this one really cannot answer, as I have many cards.

I don't think financial institutions ever delete records. But they might disable login etc. In your case, you will just need to lodge a report with them and wait for them to do it. CAll them again if you have to. Go to service centers and officially file complain, etc.

Noted.. 1 more thing, they also ask the question when you in the service center.. I felt like want to punch the guys.. He just take my mykad and even scan the thumbprint.. Then wanna ask security question again.. Adoi..

Today will go to SC to settle my TAC problem.. Can save a bit of money this 12.12 sale coz cannot use the card..

there is NO WAY to totally purge your info completely from their systems.

if you're too paranaoid, dont ever get any services from financial institutions OR any institutions with computerized storage.
