i have called Aeon cs request to cancel my aeon big cc and approval by Aeon on last month. today i tried to log in and noticed i still able review all my info. I tried to call cs and they said their system unable to delete my info. Although my cc has been cancelled but still able log in and view all info. izit true that i cant delete all my info after cancellation?

They have an inhouse IT team, which is not that great. I call in almost 6 months in a year to get my statement. Even portal doesnt show my statement. Bear with it.
