Yes, they may. At least, it was quite easy for me but CCRIS will be checked. Apply Gold cards level for PPL access lo. The rest about the same.

Yes, required. If you sign up at AEON Credit Centre, they can register these membership cards for you. At least that's what happened to me when I applied at AEON centre near AEON BiG in MV and Menara Olympia.

Has anyone signed up for AEON BT recently (in the last month or so)? I submitted an application early this morning for 65k, but no confirmation of receipt or call from CS. Wondering when they will call me.

Submitted on the 5th, got a call on the 7th.

Normally if i sign up through email and no reply after few days, I will forward the application email to them again and ask them acknowledge of receipt of the email.

They will call me at the second attempt.

Update - Received my approval SMS today. Super fast!

I just got the rm4299 sms. No number on card. Just asked to call a mobile number.

Mainly to pay off my other BT instalments with PBB, MBB and HSBC. I do "revolving BTs" - meaning using BT to pa off BT instalments. Very complicated, but it helps with my cashflow.

Any idea if BT can be done for AMEX cards? Since the Aeon BT application form sets out the numbers in the usual 16-digit format for visa/master cards, wondering if we can just filled in an AMEX card number.

Yes, definitely can. My latest BT (a couple of weeks ago) was to Maybank Amex. I applied for BT to 6 cards one shot (using 2 forms).

Just applied BT for Aeon from few other banks after installment no6 posted.

I would say they are getting more efficient.
Applied through email around 1100am, got a call at 1210pm.
SMS approval at 400pm.

Two working days payment posted to other banks.

The 12 transactions as requirement for waiver of annual fee is subject to minimum transaction amount? Online transactions also accepted?

How do you guys meet this 12 transactions for waiver if you have other primary cards with CB etc? thanks.

No min transaction required, and online transactions are counted too. Can add card to Grab/Uber if you use those services or make multiple mobile bill payment (in small amounts).
