Same too SST unable to offset or waiver...

My Anniversary is on March.. Last month Feb call to AEON CS to cancel card coz I don't have money to pay SST and annual fees.
The next day retention teams call me saying that can give me offer swipe any trx RM150 or above, then they will offset SST.. Annual fees no issued straight can waived immediately. They advised me to get charge the SST first baru call back again AEON CS.

Then comes out this month March, SST kena charge.. Annual fee immediately waived since I every month got do trx.
This time call to CS and mentioned that your retention teams offer for offset SST. The CS say there is no longer for this campaign anymore since on June 2020.

Hello man~ I feel like don't try to U-Turn and do nothing cannot do this anymore..  After end call with CS, the next day retention teams call back to me. He apologize to me saying that the offset SST unable to perform already.. So I tell him in this case since cannot do anything, I just abandon of this card. Pls help to cancel my card immediately and release your official letter the card has been cancelled.

The retention teams say will forward to management to seek approval of SST offset. I say it's ok already, dun try to push yourself although you can't achieve.   I trust you first time. 2nd time U-Turn say no more. 3rd time say you want to seek management approval. A simple to tell them, it's ok if your management cannot approve me. I don't have money to pay RM25.... So pls don't saman me to pay the Suck Shit Thick (SST) fees of it..

Now awaiting from management approve or not.. Coz he say he will follow up after 7 working days will contact to me.. Apologize me again and say to me not need pay rm25..
