Huh? Debit card got direct debit? It direct debit from debit card mean online payment, not credit card usage. Anyway, this is my understanding lah. If direct debit from ocbc credit card, then, it credit card usage. Then, u pay credit card from 360 account, then, it consider online transaction

Cause the average daily balance tend to me more if spent at 28th of the month something like that lah, but, unless it big spending, then, the amount is negligible. And, don't forget the max interest is capped at RM100k jer

Hope enlighten. 😁 please do note the RM500 spending is based on POSTING date, not transaction date. for interest rate is calculated on average. so definitely the deduction of RM500 the later it is, the more interest you can get, as your average daily balance will be slightly more. The 3 x direct debit to my OCBC credit card are Astro, Unifi and Worldvision. Anyone try this before ?

To be safe, can let all three "pass" and then call OCBC to inquire on how many transactions been recorded

QUOTE(funlp @ May 8 2019, 05:07 PM) Saw this on OCBC website, most probably they will reduce the interest rate? UOB has revised down their interest rate of Conditional High Yield SA in anticipation of OPR cut. e-Account is reduced form 3.5% to 3.4%.
