Double checked, all criteria was done before 18 March

May i know how much u guys did for instant transfer to other acc? Bcoz previously i was doing RM10, on march i changed to RM5 coz read somewhere even RM1 will do :c

I did hundreds above on necessary spending.
If i remember correctly, few months back i tried RM1 qualify too. So RM5 should be not an issue
Maybe can try to consult the CS for your case , we can take note too

Ok noted, will call their CS when march statement available... nothing seems wrong, must be something hidden that i missed

Edit: Called OCBC CS and was told this may caused by using paywave, which does not count as CC/DC usage, I said I don't remember because I have multiple cards, and there is no mention of this in T&C, she said she will help me to submit request for bonus approval and will call me back later... so.. will update later.

I've been doing RM1, no problem. To be fair I do lots of instant transfers, but always to the same 2 accounts, so the 3rd account I will just transfer RM1.

Savings account 4.1%, higher than all FD board rate and at least half the 'promo rate'. Fully liquid but earning good interest. And you complain about the few minutes to click transfer once a month? Close your account la, no need to trouble yourself.

Lol... cap at RM100k, normal fd rate for a year already 3.5%, meaning only extra 0.6% which is RM600 or RM50 a month.... waste of time to open account and shift money over there...

Great thing about this account is still can keep cash liquified unlike FD. FYI Bank Negara has uplifted the interest paid before the maturity date. With this, you just need to deposit any amount of money (minimum 500) and do 3 things within a month: deposit RM500, pay 3 bills and swipe RM500 using your OCBC debit/ credit cards. That's it. And interest will be credited into your SA account monthly and you are freely to withdraw any amount any time. I think none of the SA has such high interest rate comparable to this. No doubt interest rate will be revised soon due to global low interest rate environment.

I receive 2 X 1.2% also but is due to spending RM500 last week on 29 Mac (Fri) but transaction recorded only today (02 Apr).  doh.gif
That is the reason of the lacking of another 1.2%. Rugi RM8++.
Lesson learn. Not to do thing last minute next time.

damn it. I also kena the same freaking issue too. in the past, it never get recorded so late after. I wonder what changed at backend......

and I do wonder, in this case, that means I don't need to spend 500 this month then? since posted today....

Did they change some requirement for the bonus? I only get two 1.2% bonus for previous month statement.

1. Spent RM533.68
2. Transfers RM5 to 3 different bank
3. Deposit RM500

I've been doing this for 1 year + and this is the first time I did not get full bonus
*
Update on my case:

April 4: Another OCBC CS called to give update, said i'm not the only one with this problem and their respective team is working on it but they do not know when it will be solved, probably around 1 month, I asked again if paywave does not count as CC/DC usage and she assured me that any transaction done with the card count, paywave included, and this was an error on their system, nothing to worry about, i will get my bonus

Guess i'll have to wait next month, hopefully tak kena kelentong by CS rclxms.gif
