Can someone verify a few things:-

1. Does the date you fulfil the conditions matter?
2. The transaction "INTEREST CREDIT" on the last day of the month, does that include the bonus interest?

My scenario (new OCBC 360 account) looks like this:-

28-Sep Deposit 500.00

I've been trying to figure out how the 0.33 comes about. As I understand it the daily average interest would be 452.60, which would give (assuming 0.5% interest) RM0.186 per day, or RM0.372 for the two days 28/29 Sep. Also at the very least should be getting the 1.2% bonus from depositing 500 ringgit minimum (as well as 1.2% from the IBG)?

Not sure what time but yes, last day of month. Then the bonus credited a few days later (so far I only have 2 months, both show credited on 2nd of the following month).

How to pay with debit/credit card? Would online transfer count as paying with card?

So am I right to say paying bills wont count towards this spending?

What about top up to bigpay? If this is counted as part of the rm500 requirement?

Did they change some requirement for the bonus? I only get two 1.2% bonus for previous month statement.

2. Transfers RM5 to 3 different bank
3. Deposit RM500

I've been doing this for 1 year + and this is the first time I did not get full bonus

damn it. I also kena the same freaking issue too. in the past, it never get recorded so late after. I wonder what changed at backend......

and I do wonder, in this case, that means I don't need to spend 500 this month then? since posted today....

So for this Ocbc 360 acc, to be eligible for the bonus, criteria is to
1) deposit at least RM 500 every month
2) Pay at least 3 bills online every month
3) spend at least RM500 on your ocbc card every month

I'm assuming that your action of (2) transferring RM5 to 3 different bank is an act for "Paying at least 3 bills online every month", right? But based on the website, it suggested that us to pay bills via Jompay. So I would like to know if you NEED to pay bills via Jompay, or just transferring money to different bank (perhaps via Instant transfer, or IBG) will satisfy criteria num 2?

No fees for instant transfers, unable to avoid annual debit card fee but worthwhile if your returns are much higher than the debit card fee

Debit card = atm card no?
Can cancel 1 meh and request for no annual fee version of ocbc 360?

if transfer RM500 to BigPay is consider "spending" or "bill", how about transfer RM500 to my another bank credit card is consider paying bill or spending? 
but if transfer RM500 to BP, will kena RM6 when withdraw the money lah 
i wonder is direct credit for insurance or donation to NGO is consider "spending" or "bill"?
