Culprit found! The current OneToken does not seems to work well causing many issues to users. Many users have reported both in this thread or in app review page, check it out.

To disabled it, can try call bank cs to deactivate it and roll back to normall sms otp.

I remembered it seems like no one take the risk of paying their OCBC CC on due date after 9.45pm.

Well I did for this month. My due date is 1 November 2019 and I paid on 9.50pm++ - I set reminder on my phone at 9.50pm.

So guess what....


Voila...

Kena charge Overdue Charge as the payment is reflected on 2/11/2019.

However, as per CS, they will reverse it out by this Wednesday as 'semua transaction yang dibuat sebelah malam akan reflected on next working day, so saya advise untuk encik, next time boleh bayar hari yang sama cuma encik bayar sebelum pukul 5 petang untuk elakkan benda yg sama berlaku sebab I pernah nampak case yang sama berlaku dekat customer lain jugak kalau bayar sebelah malam'

But the overdua charge is only for my OCBC 365, but for OCBC Titanium, they did not charge me anything. Same payment date and due date for credit card.

I only get 2 incentives this month. I did the following
1. Transferred to 3 bank accounts, 2 of them is mine from CIMB and Public Bank, one is to my parents CIMB account.
2. Top up BigPay for RM500 and then transferred back to my OCBC account.
3. Transfer RM500 from my CIMB Bank to OCBC bank.

Am I missing something?

oh so was that the case? I have to do OCBC 360 SA to 3 different accounts that are not SA in order to get the incentive?

I got all 3 bonus interests

My bills payment fulfillments are:-

1. Transfer to my mother RHB SA
2. Transfer to my my own SCB SA
3. Payment of OCBC credit card (multiple times but same account number)

Since it’s stated multiple transfer is considered one, then transfer to parents SA should qualify then?

How many payments did you split #3? Saw one of the past comment saying that just doing splitting credit card payment into 3 payments in a month will qualify you for the incentive.

I’m trying to find out which am I missing. I think that went wrong.

-Maybe the source of RM500 cannot be one of the bill payment.

2. Topped up RM550 BigPay with OCBC 360 and then transferring RM548(RM2 fee) to the same account will invalidate the Retail Purchase condition.

Things I’m planning to change:
1. Changing my CIMB account to my mother/father’s account
2. From BigPay, transfer to my CIMB bank instead of back to the same OCBC 360.

For no 2, it can’t be. Payment is made to Bigpay Malaysia Sdn Bhd but when u transfer from bigpay or boost it will show as tranglo or axiata. So not same company.

I think highlighted is your problem.

You did transfer to the same bank. consider as 1 transaction only.
