I only get 2 incentives this month. I did the following
1. Transferred to 3 bank accounts, 2 of them is mine from CIMB and Public Bank, one is to my parents CIMB account.
2. Top up BigPay for RM500 and then transferred back to my OCBC account.
3. Transfer RM500 from my CIMB Bank to OCBC bank.

Am I missing something?

Here I'm transferring to 3 different savings account, 2 under my name from 2 different banks and 1 more under my parents name. Should be able to achieve the 3 bill payment criteria. Unless they changed anything?

- Bills include your credit cards, loans/financing and instalments with OCBC or other banks.

hmmm... this way I should be qualified since I'm transferring to 3 different accounts
- my CIMB
- my Public Bank
- Parent's CIMB

oh so was that the case? I have to do OCBC 360 SA to 3 different accounts that are not SA in order to get the incentive?

How many payments did you split #3? Saw one of the past comment saying that just doing splitting credit card payment into 3 payments in a month will qualify you for the incentive.

I’m trying to find out which am I missing. I think that went wrong.
1. I transferred RM500 from my CIMB to OCBC 360 and transferred RM1 back from my OCBC 360 to my CIMB.
-Maybe the source of RM500 cannot be one of the bill payment.

2. Topped up RM550 BigPay with OCBC 360 and then transferring RM548(RM2 fee) to the same account will invalidate the Retail Purchase condition.

Things I’m planning to change:
1. Changing my CIMB account to my mother/father’s account
2. From BigPay, transfer to my CIMB bank instead of back to the same OCBC 360.

Was busy with work for this 2 days! Seems like that's the issue, I checked my top up method and in fact I was using online banking all along. That may be the issue for the missing incentive last month doh.gif
