They will only update it during workings hours. So by Monday evening should be fine.

I solved in 3 days haha. Ocbc system does not register our new acct with our mobile number.

Called them to register the otp with my phone number
Received the SMS acknowledging the registration

Result still same haha. Its okay I guess
Just gonna wait next week. If still can't then will call their cs again

I notice "Instant Transfer" to Favorite Account is only available on the mobile app but not the OCBC Website. I can't find it on the OCBC website. Can anyone confirm this?

If not mistaken, Website need u to add favorite only can transfer.. so, all ur transfer is favorite payee

Favorite Transfer on OCBC website only support IBG but not Instant Transfer.

I thought ada. I always use ocbc online banking webpage for instant transfers to other banks credit cards and savings account

I always use website to do instant transfer.. no issue

Try this:

Payment & Transfer > Transfer funds >


1. Transfer:
to another bank account in Malaysia


3. Transfer to:

After add account as favourite, select it by enter amount, select transfer now as when to transfer and enter receipient ref.
Then the instant transfer and interbank GIRO (IBG) radio button selection will appear.
Select instant transfer and proceed from there.

I called cs that I wanted to apply for a card thru telemarking. So they will pass my contact details to the telemarketing person to call be back.

Answer as below. All functions are available on the website. The mobile app is limited as the function to add favourites is not available which requires the website.

Have u got the 0.9% cashback? Mine still not in, looks like not getting, bigger amount this round, swiped rm16k with CL of 24k.
