Not sure how Ringgit Plus works as the freebies are from them and not bank.

If I am not mistaken at least two of the bills need to be for utilities e.g. handphone, water, electricity. Only the OCBC credit card is deemed one payment hence for your case you need to pay for 3 utility bills.

Paying for other banks credit card is not deemed a utility bill payment.

If apply online, need to collect at branch

For the deposit rm500 every month condition, does it have to be nett rm500, or can I just transfer in rm500 then transfer out more than that if i need the cash?

Yes finally got OCBC to call me 10PM yesterday after bugging the agent that took my application.
Seems like they can only help me pair on Monday.

First time got this kind of problem, never had any problems like this with all the banks I've dealt with in the past   pretty lame system they got there.

Auto debit is more or less like recurring transfer/transfer to a future date. So no doubts, it is accepted in the pay bill condition. How about use transfer to a future date on PTPTN, would it work? Can do RM1 transfer for a try.
