Thanks for your input!

My PBB cannot tahan 2 50k BT.... mana ada cukup limit  sweat.gif

Oh 1 last question... would it be faster to fax in the form or just drop by their branch? Usually what's the lead time with regards to BT?
*
Email is faster. Go to bank they will just help u to fax, but sometime they don even help u to fax n keep it aside.. This is my experience with branch for my first BT with PBB

I sent my PBB BT application via email yesterday (Sunday). Received confirmation at 8pm today that it's been sent to the processing department.

Will update on time line, but with this week's public holiday I suspect it will take longer than usual.

I would like to BT 4x RM6000 to PBB from 3 other CC accounts, where the balances can be easily cash out. Any good suggestion?
I know it is no longer possible with MBB.
Would like to loan rm24000 from PBB with 0% interest for 6 months.

I just did excess payment and withdraw like only 2 or 3 weeks ago with mbb

Did they just recently changed their rules?

I am in the midst of taking out 15k excess payment (called and emailed them supporting docs on Friday). This is my 3rd time and no different from previous experience. Hasn't been transferred yet but i guess in the next couple of days.

My last one with MBB was early/mid July, without any issue.

Just to share my experience last week with Aeon BT to MBB and PBB:

1. PBB excess 10k. I called CS on Friday and she advised me to use credit against all my other PBB cards (principal and supplementary) and then transfer excess to SA (she asked me to email proof of BT and my aeon unbilled transactions). I checked online today and the the credit has been used against my PBB cards, but not yet transfered to SA. Since its only one working day so far, I expect the transfer will happen in next few days.

2. MBB excess 15k. Called CS on Friday and they said to email BT app and request in writing since amount is above their threshold for automatic credit to SA. I emailed then called 2 hours later, and they said they received my request and assigned a case reference number. Advised me to wait 5 working days.

Both cases no issue, and I should get the money in my SAs hopefully by end of this week.

AFAIK, AEON BT will only approve amt based on your MBB n PBB statements, didn't know AEON allows excess now. hmm.gif

I used a month earlier statement which had been already been paid off, which was super high because of long holiday to France, school fees (paid annually to get discount) and insurance (cars plus personal).

Due to different statement dates from all my cards, I just chose highest balance from past 2 months (seems like they are not fussy as long as recent statement). Applied 3 BTs one shot for same statements - PBB, Aeon and Maybank 1%. So they're all effectively paying each other, I have the excess cash, while I'm repaying Aeon BT through online cashback cards.

Took quite a lot of planning and have to excel sheet timing and amounts etc, but overall I think this strategy is good cash flow management.

I think they don't care as long as statement is quite recent. They didn't query at all.
