Any idea if OCBC or Alliance will refund?

......3 times i sent in for the promo period, 3 times problems and cant make it on time(bear in mind if you dont submit by 20th and approve by 30th,  your BT will be 3% instead of 1%). I submit on the 1st day of promo(20th)...until the 10th day(30th) also cannot process....call them to also useless they cannot do anything. one of the reason was Pending due to statement given cannot read, but nobody call me to update me, just leave it there PENDING?! until i called them on the 5th day to check on my status. They tell me please send in again, but it will take another 10days to approve and 10days to relese money?!!!
then i say cancel la....they ask me Whyy? omg...seriously? I say if it gets approved after the promo period i get charged 3% right?? then i BT for what?
3 times de....3 times also failed! 1st time got charged 3% liao thats y i know it have to be within the 10days to submit and approve :/ dunno saja or wat....submit 1day also cannot make it on time.....

looks like its just my luck....so no thanks...
i filled in the form 3 times de....all also failed with the 1st time kena 3%.
Hubs bt did went thru....for junes promo after calling and calling like so many times for updates...and after approved and confirmed can get the 1% promo until now havent get the reversal 2% yet...

iv. The 2% up-front fee waiver will be reversed from the credit card account within 30

Think this week can get the refund gua...

I would like to BT 4x RM6000 to PBB from 3 other CC accounts, where the balances can be easily cash out. Any good suggestion?
I know it is no longer possible with MBB.
Would like to loan rm24000 from PBB with 0% interest for 6 months.

I just did excess payment and withdraw like only 2 or 3 weeks ago with mbb

Did they just recently changed their rules?

Just to share my experience last week with Aeon BT to MBB and PBB:

1. PBB excess 10k. I called CS on Friday and she advised me to use credit against all my other PBB cards (principal and supplementary) and then transfer excess to SA (she asked me to email proof of BT and my aeon unbilled transactions). I checked online today and the the credit has been used against my PBB cards, but not yet transfered to SA. Since its only one working day so far, I expect the transfer will happen in next few days.

2. MBB excess 15k. Called CS on Friday and they said to email BT app and request in writing since amount is above their threshold for automatic credit to SA. I emailed then called 2 hours later, and they said they received my request and assigned a case reference number. Advised me to wait 5 working days.

Both cases no issue, and I should get the money in my SAs hopefully by end of this week.

i recently did PBB's 9-mth flexipay for 3 large transactions ... other way to look at it, once next pbb statement is out, amount already >RM1k (total flexipay installment amount), then apply Maybank BT instead.

Good news - the answer is yes. I applied for credit limit increase on 14 September and e-mailed the form to MBB at 8am yesterday.

This morning I checked my Maybank2u, and my CL was already increased (but by 10k only). I received the SMS notification that my CL had been approved at 6.43pm today (even though this morning I could see that my CL had already been increased).

However, note that MBB's CL limit increase is quite strict. My MBB CL is the lowest amongst all my credit cards, and the increment was only 10k. They will self assess how much they can give you based on your income documents.

Yeh - the CL increase request can be done in 1-2 days, then apply for BT quickly.

I just got my PBB BT application approved for RM15k and paid today to my MBB. So now my MBB has excess credit of about RM9k.

Will apply for MBB BT again (3rd round) up to max possible.

Then can retire from BT applications for a while and just pay off the high instalments for the next 12 months.

And maybank still taking their sweet to give me higher CL despite sending in relevant documents which clearly states that my income has increased to a more "appropriate" level to warrant my request.

Guess by the time they sort this out, my BT plan sudah koyak.

They did reply me to furnish some documents such as repayment records for housing loan/hire purchase or those but I can't provide them any since I have no housing loan/hire purchase to begin with....

Never once I made any form of late payment to my MBB card thou :/

Not sure if anyone already posted this, but I just noticed that the MBB BT promotion terms and conditions have changed.

Most importantly:

1. Now only until 31 December 2016 (instead of 31 March 2017)
AND
2. No more fee quota for the waiver (i.e. as long as within promo period, waiver is auto)

mine was applied and approved 20th... Just check m2u this morning, they have credited back (based on my O/S balance).

I still can't view the reversal transaction under transaction history. so ya, not sure if yours will be in the same time as mine.
