Need to get these done within 30 days.




Applicants need to claim incentive payment by presenting these documents:

1. Offer letter from Jabatan Perumahan Negara
2. Completed and signed letter of acceptance.
3. Signed completed Akuan Bersumpah/Berkanun.
4. SPA signed and stamped.
5. Housing loan approval letter.
6. Information form with developers name and account number.

Does anyone know what is #3 and how to get #6?

In SPRN website mine also still in process.

Mine also processing. Hopefully they will send email to all applicants regardless successful or not.
Have been waiting for quite some time already..
By the way, last Friday I just randomly check the status in SPRN website and appeared 'TIDAK LULUS' but when then I check again later on the same day it come to 'DALAM PROSES'.
Until today still processing.
Anyone have been experiencing this too?

No last week when I checked it was processing too

Latest info I received today, can check for the result thru their website starting from 1st week of April.
And regarding the issues I mentioned this morning, they said it might be due to technical problem with their site.
Some of the user also can see their result is approved but actually its just technical error. According to them la.
Hopefully can get good some news next week

I got a sms saying that I got it and please check email to confirm attendance. But I didn't receive any email. So should I still attend the function tomorrow?

I also got sms but no email sent. so I called them (many times tho).
The staff straight away asked my IC and name, and do confirmation whether you come or not.

I received both SMS and email saying my application is successful SPRN website still showing dalam process.

Good thing to hear that. Because I didn't have a chance to ask whether my application is successful or not. Then is a big relief. I thougt I'm the only receive sms only and just received it on Wednesday night.

Confirm attendance where??

I have not received any SMS and still Dalam Process in website

Last Monday i received email noted my application is approved, so i call developer agent to check whether it is possible for them to me to get bank loan and SnP in one month..

Today, my agent reply can but need time maybe 1.5 months since show house also only 70% ready..anybody have this kind of situation before...need advise
