technically you have to apply MyDeposit first, then proceed to sign S&P. from previous posts there are cases where application got rejected due to signing S&P before applying MyDeposit but still you signed it within the opening period (15 Dec 2017 to 15 Feb 2018) the chance may be slim, but no harm to try just hope they can complete processing within two months after the closing date like what they promised

Case 1: sign SPA after get approval (follow website)
> pay booking fee
> apply MyDeposit
> MyDeposit approval
> sign SPA

Unless can request to delay 2 months (or longer if book earlier) to sign SPA, else seems impossible to follow.

Case 2: sign SPA before application status reveal, to comply with developer (sign within certain days after place booking fee).
> pay booking fee
> apply MyDeposit
> sign SPA
> MyDeposit approval

Case 3: sign SPA before apply MyDeposit.
> pay booking fee
> sign SPA
> apply MyDeposit
> MyDeposit approval

Case 2 seems more realistic. Case 3 most likely to get rejected.

After you login, you have to click "MyDeposit" and click "MOHON". From there you can upload surat tawaran, and also download surat sokongan pemimpin tempatan.

You can't see these from your profile, where you update only your particulars with "HANTAR' showing at the bottom.

You can google search who is the authorised person(s) for the area you're staying and contact them to ask if they can sign it for you, then go and give them to sign. You may not get it immediately if they are not around at that time.



It's best you use pc to update. I just use my phone to screenshot for you to see where the MOHON button is at MyDeposit webpage. I suspect you are at PROFILE SAYA webpage, that's why you can't see those upload links.

Better go and get all docs signed fast, the closing date is in a week's time.

From FAQ at SPRN website, it is stated that the processing time is 2 months. After that they will send out surat tawaran.

Same situation here... Worried now despite reconfirmed with the agent. He told me the letter of offer to purchase from developer is the sales form.

You do not have Surat Pengesahan Tawaran Pembelian Rumah to submit, which is required in the MyDeposit application... Please read up and find some info first. This also has been discussed in earlier posts in this thread.

Need to get these done within 30 days.




Applicants need to claim incentive payment by presenting these documents:

1. Offer letter from Jabatan Perumahan Negara
2. Completed and signed letter of acceptance.
3. Signed completed Akuan Bersumpah/Berkanun.
4. SPA signed and stamped.
5. Housing loan approval letter.
6. Information form with developers name and account number.

Does anyone know what is #3 and how to get #6?

In SPRN website mine also still in process.

I received both SMS and email saying my application is successful SPRN website still showing dalam process.

Need to go to Level 1 to register for those who receive the incentive.



The registration outside is for lucky draw only.

The documents required to be submitted within 30 days from 1 April 2018.

From the website, Result for Kumpulan 1 out on 1 April 2018.

Results not announced yet for applicants who still see 'dalam proses'.

The result will be out in Kumpulan 2 this year.

Login SPRN, click STATUS PERMOHONAN tab, click PAPAR, click TERIMA, then it will show all the lampiran links.
