Guys is it allowed to sign SPA and obtain bank loan before we get Mydeposit approval?

Does the Surat Kelulusan Pinjaman Perumahan refers to the offer letter from bank? Or the loan agreement?

Hi, anyone know they need the S&P with stamp hasil RM10 or just photostat will do?

1st April already fwd the lampiran2 that required to fill by developer for their action, until today still cannot be done. Try calling KPKT also nobody pickup. Getting frustrated now... Suppose last day to submit is 30th April. Anyone successfully request KPKT for deferment?
