Hi,

There is no need to login to the Huawei ONU. Instead please create a PPPOE dialup connection ony our PC/Laptop, and connect the WAN/Internet port of your router to the LAN1 port of the ONU, and double click on your PPPOE connection you have just created.

Do a speedtest, and monitor if its up to the speed you subscribe.

Yes its possible.

If your house comes with prelaid fiber infra and its in used, you may need to request permission from your building management to allow another fiber cable to be pulled in.

TIME technician does not work on Sunday, unless really emergency, our team does attend, but I can't speak on behalf of others.

Yes, this is a known problem, but it's not TIME issue, have you tried to configure IPv6 DNS ? If not, please kindly proceed with that.

Try this formula of calculation, I got mine correctly.

Adjustment, A = (P - R)/D * Y *6%

P = Package Price
R = Rebate (Eg. Auto Debit)
D = No of days in the current chargeable month (May in this case)
Y = No of Days from 1st June to your Bill cut off date
