Hi, If you see the PON light indicator OFF, and LOS light blinking in RED every 2 secs, this is caused by the ONU (aka fibre modem) does not receive optical signals or does not connected. Usual Cause : Fibre Cable damaged / Fibre Core breaks at Fast Connector's end / Fibre Connector not properly seated at ONU / Fibre Splitter High Reading etc. What you can do is call to 1800 18 1818 (TIME Customer Service) and report the problem. SI will come over to check. While waiting, try to hold the fibre fast connector firmly amd unseat it, and connect it back firmly, you will hear a tiny tickling sound if its properly seated. Thanks. |
