It converts optical input so that we are able to connect via PPPoE and make phone call.

QUOTE(aewer @ Apr 26 2016, 12:58 PM) hi,my condo is getting TIEM fiber 100mbps soon.Parklane OUG. and the original fiber optic cable is not suitable to TIME. if i want to install TIME have to pull a new cable, from main power room to my house.YES is not looking nice.but any one face this before? and any photo? I am also looking for some info or photos regarding this matter. I have heard from other TIME users that it is possible to use from the original fiber optic cable but somehow for OUG Parklane it is not suitable. Would appreciate if there's some clarification regarding this matter.

Log into your router, then find Factory Reset/Restore to Default Settings option (I don't have the exact router so I don't know the exact directory but all routers have this option), make sure you have the PPPOE username and password (usually written on the installation paper) and setup the router by inserting the details in Create New PPPOE connection, after this setup your WiFi (SSID and password) and you are good to go.

Alright guys, so here is the latest update. TIME call center called me about 20 mins ago and for the 3rd time, they just reset things at their end ( ask me to close all and on back after 10 mins) , take screen shot of both wifi and cable and send to their email. For the 3rd time , they said they will get back to me the following day. I have a feeling , they either to lazy to go through the entire trouble shooting process or they are not bothered. Nvm, thanks to the few experts we have in this forum , i will start by following some of their suggestions and lets see what happens. Wish me luck.
