Almost 9 hours has passed and i have yet to receive any calls or notifications form their customer service rep.. still stuck with this lousy service.. man i regret the day trading my stable line for this TIME. All it has given me is stress and headache since 3 days ago...

previously i subscribed the 20Mbps for RM179 which normally give me over 25mbps.
they have upgraded my plan to 300Mbps for same price which is cheaper than the official RM189.

my speedtest result as following:

Does time using same cable to connect europe ?


Bay of Bengal cable system has gone live, provides alternate route to Europe

A new submarine cable system has gone live, named the Bay of Bengal (BBG) cable system which will link Malaysia and Singapore to the Middle East and India.

Yes me too, I've had them push down the profile a few times, but it keeps going back to sub 200Mbps download with direct connection to the OTU. Upload has not problems reaching 300.

so far i see that time customer service is really slow in updates. i've requested to cancel my submission since last thursday and till today it's still isn't cancelled.

last night, the installers came and they didnt know that i was going to cancel the submission. have to sign some form tomorrow.

hi,my condo is getting TIEM fiber 100mbps soon.Parklane OUG.
and the original fiber optic cable is not suitable to TIME.

if i want to install TIME have to pull a new cable,from main power room to my house.YES is not looking nice.but any one face this before? and any photo?

i want to make fortigate firewall dial the time internet, need to set it up as bridge

if the huawei really in bridge mode, why the huawei automatically dial the internet?
