My modem 'LOS' light is red.
Under my router I can see the PPoE offline reason is 'ISP DISCONNECT'

Guys which modem does Time fibre using?

Is the rebate for switching still on? I'm planning to switch from Symphonet to Time...heard the validity will end in August? not sure when..and if the installer comes and install after I signed up but past the validity date - will Time still offer the rebate?

How does the rebate work?

Just heard that TIME is offering a RM500 rebate as a switch incentive/goodwill gesture in addition to the free month for anyone signing up now, even for people who are out of contract with their existing ISP who don't to play a cancellation penalty.

All they need is proof that you have an existing broadband subscription - e.g. Bill, e-statement, etc.

Can any agent or dealer confirm this?

Im wondering how its time fiber installation?. Do they pull from the telephone riser ? or from the telephone port?.    any charges during installation ?.

I have questions:
1) Does TIME Home Fibre 100Mbps giving public IP or private IP, if private IP is given, can request for public IP? Any fee involved?
It's given Public IP by default.

2) If I sign up for TIME Home Fibre 100Mbps, can I opt-out for the D-Link DIR-850L and get my own wireless router instead?
It's a bundled device. Anyway, you may keep it & replace with your own desire Router.

building that i living just got TIME.

I think the IPv6 connection on Time fiber seems acting up lately.

I could not connect via IPv6 anymore and has to revert back to IPv4.

DLINK Dir-850L supports IPv6 connection with TIME.

TIME does not assign IPv6 address through DHCP and thus I do not have any IPv6 WAN address. Also this makes all DNS lookup through IPv6 is not possible.

How do I print bill from selfcare.time.com.my to pay via pos office? Because during registration I choose self payment.

I noticed that the DIR-850L router provided has very basic functionality at the moment. Do not even see the settings to perform DHCP reservation and MAC address filtering.

I don't even see connected LAN devices like PCs, only connected wireless devices.

I know there is an older UI that has orange headers on hardware version A routers, resembling the ones in older Dlink routers, with all the functions.

Do I need to upgrade/downgrade the firmware in the current hardware version B TIME-provided router for a more comprehensive UI?

Any help is appreciated.
