It is not possible on all phones but on Samsung devices you can enter *#0011# in your dailer. Choose stack 1 if you device is dual sim and your sim card is sim 1.

Not sure la. I guess this plan is for port-in customer. sweat.gif

I also subscribed to Digi Postpaid 68. I'm happy to upgrade to this plan if they allow existing customer. blush.gif

Yes, was pleasantly surprised that Digi gave existing subscribers that 10GB on peak quota bump.
IIRC, other plans aside from Broadband 185, the line cannot be used at all once exceed quota. Need to buy topup quota.
So far so good with 185 for now in my area.

Have you tried playing online game after the quota expired? dota 2, diablo 3, overwatch etc
Hows the speed? acceptable?

After quota is exceeded, speed is throttled to 512kbps IIRC. So only suitable for light web browsing & checking email. YMMV

Looks like the connection is restored in my area Bandar Sri Damansara. No more sudden drop or fluctuating connections...4G all the way, will continue to monitor. BTW, received a call from technical department on Saturday to get this problem solved. They did a good job! They did solved on the day itself.

I called CS today ask to downgrade my plan from 68 to 48 more internet as I hardly use it for internet . The CS ask me if I would like to gv additional 2 gb and become 5gb monthly for digi 48 plan. The CS told me I can do it at digi center and no contract. Since no contract and still can downgrade . I will goto center to proceed
*
I thought 5GB monthly only for port-in customer?

So you cannot downgrade to this plan by calling them? Need to visit Digi Store?
