Why have they not solve the packet loss/high ping issue yet?
Anyone have any news? Ping still around 150ms - 200ms with packet loss around 10 - 75%

Why is the connection still shitty? Checked on speed test, all is good for my Unifi 30mb.
Connecting to US-based game servers, 300ms.
Loading Youtube videos also slow.
Accessing Facebook also cant and will be slow if I could
I can't work from home like this. It has been more than a month already.
Do I have to call those fuckers and maki them and asks what they have been doing with my 200MYR every month?
What can I do on my end?
