Why is the connection still shitty? Checked on speed test, all is good for my Unifi 30mb.

Connecting to US-based game servers, 300ms.
Loading Youtube videos also slow.
Accessing Facebook also cant and will be slow if I could

I can't work from home like this. It has been more than a month already.

Do I have to call those fuckers and maki them and asks what they have been doing with my 200MYR every month?

What can I do on my end?

Im having the same problem. I also have no idea what is going on

Sure, no problem. Just make sure you know what you are doing. Like reconnect all the cable properly. biggrin.gif

I think you can apply UniFi with Maxis Fibre still intact. Both should use a different LAN port on the BTU. Cancel your Maxis when UniFi was up and running.

Is it worth it to upgrade to unifi advance 50? I am currently on advance 30 but due to number of users it is barely sufficient.. 100mbps on the other hand is too pricey,(sure tm will offer new speeds in the future but not the near future). Is it worth it to go from advance 30 to 50? (in u guys opinion and experience)

Streamyx 1 Mbps is good enough for casual internet users that only browse websites.
