yesterday Unifi technician come to house to fix STB not function. after fixing ask them about 100mb.. he said ya got.. but u have to terminate current unifi and appy new....

i know 3 days are more than enough... only they have some hiccups at the back end right now.

so somethings need to be done manually

Hi guys...currently im using 50mbps unifi at home...is it worth it to change to TIME? Because now got promo that we can get rebate of rm500 from Time if we change from unifi to Time. Anybody have tried?

Why is the connection still shitty? Checked on speed test, all is good for my Unifi 30mb.

Connecting to US-based game servers, 300ms.
Loading Youtube videos also slow.
Accessing Facebook also cant and will be slow if I could

Complain to MCMC, is it by email or online form? Haven't done one before.

100mbps port is just on paper but when we calculate overhead and other factors, you'll achieve less than 100mbps due to a limitation from the LAN port.

The TM guys just came and installed the Unifi Pro (100 Mbps). Surprisingly, they are not giving me the D-Link DIR-850L router, but the RG-INNATECH-RGX4400. Have you heard about this router before?

I tried the LAN connection, the download speed is around 102 Mbps, and the upload speed is around 52 Mbps. However, after they were gone and I tried the WiFi connection on my PC, the download speed is around 40 Mbps, and the upload speed is around 50 Mbps. Why the download speed is so low?

I then borrowed my neighbour’s D-Link DIR-850L, LAN connection is fine, but the WiFi connection is even worse, download speed is around 30 Mbps only. I thought D-Link DIR-850L can support 100 Mbps?

Any idea what’s wrong here?
