Received 100mb upgrade confirmation from TM, technician will come on this Saturday.

Currently I'm on UniFi30 RM179 (ie: with RM20 discount, Aneka pack & no voice pack), if I upgrade to UniFi50, what will I have to pay every month?

Can you guys share your experience in upgrading to 100MBps? I registered yesterday morning at TM Point and was told that today I should be getting the new speed and tomorrow a technician will come to check if there is a need to change the router or modem..

Did the technician change your router or modem? How many days from registration to finally getting the 100MBps service?

If u are on PRO plan, den u can request change to new router.

I kinda feel they weren't going to replace.. When the technician came you are using the stock TM router or your own router?

I'm currently using Asus rt-n66u router.. Not sure if this will be an issue.. Or should I change back to TM's router when the technician comes?

HG850a. Tech says TM told them if customer already using this btu then only need to replace router. Speedtest 93Mbps dl

Once bill release make official complain to TM. They will waive it. Because they specifically said to me NO CHARGES for New or upgrade to 100mbps.
There have to BTU. one is HG8240W and another one is (Can't recall. According to TM tech they said depending on area. Not all area can use HG8240W. I suggest you get your installer (The one that do your 100mbps) complain to him. Say please change the other BTU.

Total BS...i upgrade from 5mb to 10mb to 50mb to 100mb....never get charged...

got my upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps also no charge.....what did they say to you during upgrading happen. the technician told you will be charge 200 ringgit. haiya....

now it also happen to me for the free called. I got charge for using the phone. I already report to mcmc.

U happen to have the installer hp no ? try call them and ask y u kena charged rm200.00 logicly speaking TM will not do anything unless someone report in. I'm sure the tm installer F up something in his report. try calling them.
