Most of the time people boasting in the virtual world is to satisfy what he/she actually lacking in the real world. Unless he/she show ducumentary proof, anybody also can claim to be a rich person in the internet.
I've read an article somewhere that people showing off in the Internet is one of the symptoms of inferior complex.

I also have Utilities category and been paying my TNB bills every month using Wise on UOBPayOnline, I get my cash back every month under Utilities category with no issue.

UOBPayOnline is an online service to pay for all kinds of bills and not only limited to UOB cards.

Yes, there is changes of Wise Card categories. However, the Wise card implementation date is POSTPONED. It will not happen on 1 May 2016.
