i heard that wise card rebate is going to reduce much further down to half. instead of RM100. they give capping at Rm50 sad.gif

heard from a bank staff..although not officially announce yet but definitely on april there will be changes. another thing is wise card gold and wise card platinum have different cash back capping. yet another worst things they going to remove petrol i guess. bye.gif

It will only show once the bill is posted. Meaning to say once the merchant claim then you can see via online unbilled transaction. Yes it is common. Transactions still floating .

Always do your homework lo before call in..the problem with customer service is there is high turnover .you lucky you get more experience and helpful cs. You uncluky you get new hirer or lousy cs .

I already have the official changes made to wise card and it going to kick start on 1st of May. I will list out the changes tonight ! unless if you guys do not prefer to know then I will not update it. The purpose I want to post is so you guys can prepare to do the changes of category as there's huge changes in cash back categories.

one thing still remain good news : Cash back still RM100 regardless of gold / plat.

it is still remain just that it have to be AUTO BILLING to count as the transaction for that particular categories . manual pay or online pay doesn't count anymore.

it is 10% .for insurance agent it is useful though. I heard it is only for LIFE/general insurance recurring but not sure though.
