I have calculated that the fee comes out to be 2.12%. just like I have used PBVS to pay Aeon CC online, the net cash back is 4.01%. imagine with HLB 10%, the net cash back would be almost 8%!

I will be happier if they revise it...I finding excuses to cancel my cards....tired of recording the 10x transaction.

Anyone know what is the email address for HL Card Service/Customer Service ? Not found from HL Website

One of the HL staff has send me application form as I requested for additional card.

However, an email that I replies is invalid, no idea why unable to send through

Emmmm, this card never gives 10% of cash back in the beginning.

I fully agree with you on this, like last week when stock piling of Milos, I almost cannot claim free gifts, lucky they saw me buying 2 cartons only they agree to combine 2 receipts to get the mugs doh.gif

On the HLB online portal you can compose e-mail to them.

No harm to get this card as first AF is always waived

terminate it if you found out T&C has been changed before 2nd yrs

But I've been enjoying for the past 3 years, so not much issue, only a bit butt hurt as they charge AF this month yawn.gif
Still, don't jump in to any conclusion first and see what happen next.
