fyi, bill number is not needed to be correct when u pay using uob payonline., as long as your acc # corect.
*
You may also access TNB online at https://e-services.tnb.com.my/eservices

Once you logged in, you will see the Bill No, too. But like cipher3344 has mentioned, you only need your account number to be correct.

If you have a consistent monthly records of EPF contribution for up to 1 year, you can apply regardless if you change job or otherwise.

Is it? I thought they would need my payslips and they would make calls to the company I'm working for? Isn't that the standard procedure?
*
When i apply new credit card at a shopping mall, I only provide my IC for EPF statement printing. No salary slips were ever being requested.

I doubt anyone carries their salary slips to every shopping mall they go in case they need to apply credit card.

Make sense?

Posting on separate post.

Update on my case of being charged the statement fee. From HLconnect, the staff claimed that I have requested for both hardcopy and softcopy. When I asked them to furnish proof, the next reply is asking me which transaction that I want to extract. I have already sent 3 post telling them to revert the fee but all skirted the question.

Damn it, can't the staff read and understand properly before replying nowadays.

So I wanna check, any of you guys receiving the usual monthly hardcopy statement without being slapped with the fee? Wanna confirm whether the fee is for the normal hardcopy statement or extra printing request.
*
I am only interested in softcopy. So, never charged for statement.

Agree on the mangkuk staffs - I sent in query on my transaction. Was told to provide my email for reply. Don't understand why they can't reply on the message they replied to me. Anyway, to provide them the email, I need to compose a new query. So I did and provided the email. Then the CS replied again saying to get the info breakdown, I need to provide them email. I got so frustrated I copy the whole thread of message asking them how many times they want the email. Then only finally the read the content carefully. But then, they reply in the inbox of HLB Connect. Why the hell did they ask for my email in the first / second place anyway??! vmad.gif bangwall.gif

This went about for more than a week, with each reply from them taking 2-3 working days. And the last one, almost 2 weeks.

Have to take into consideration of exchange rate and also service charge.
If I were him, I might consider to terminate too.

but for us as 'foreigner' in other country, it might be harder to get credit card approval.
Don't cancel until you managed to get a better card from overseas.

Someone mentioned before it is not but my colleague says yes, I also don't know who is correct. sweat.gif
In the end, I stick to the less fancy UOBPayOnline.
*
In CIMB thread, it was mentioned as 'Retail' instead of 'Online'.

I paid TNB via UOBPayonline using PBB VS and got cashback as ONLINE.

If paid using WISE card, which category will it be, ONLINE or UTILITY?

No way of telling. Only the said department knows.
Some people would approach Bank Negara to find out their CCRIS standing.

Hi guys, wanna ask if pay telcos (maxis) via uobpayonline, it is still qualified under mobile category for 10% CB right?

how about streamyx/TM pay via uobpayonline or TM portal, does it qualify for utilities category?

Finally, does TNB pay via uobpayonline qualified for utilities category?
*
For Maxis, easier to pay at Maxis Pay itself.

Thot payonline easier as it allows multiple of RM50s to be paid in one input though with multiple transactions
*
True. But there is a chance your transaction failed without you knowing (or know it much later).
With Maxis Pay, you know it right on the spot.

Hi, I submitted application form through HL Bank Jln Tun Sambanthan 2 weeks ago.
But just now when I call HL contact center to check for application status, no record found.
Is it normal?
Or should I visit the branch and check with them again?

now we are happy the price is higher because we want to meet RM50 petrol. tongue.gif biggrin.gif

Could be a trap. Once you swipe after the AF being charged, you have to pay AF even if you want to cancel.

since he called up CS, there should be voice recording that can prove the conversation is valid.

Why not think it on the bright side, 1st year AF are waived all the time, so don't think it as 1st year free, take it as you have to pay AF after 1 year of usage, then no need to be butt hurted.
