i have wise + supp tried to waive the AF for both, unsuccessful asked CS to cancel supp maintain principal next day retention dept called and offer life time free supp card, reason "promotion" i keep the supp |

I really do think its getting a bit kiasu lately. If they dont give you cash back, then yeah, you would naturally asked for waiver. Since you already get your RM1200 annually, why still want to ask for that RM1xx waiver? Banks cant be forever on the losing side.

Just wondering, if I submit my form in this particular branch, can I switch my "main" branch to another? As I would prefer the "main" branch closer to my living place.  |
