yes.. krisflyer amex only used for utilities and gov agencies.

insurance don't take amex, otherwise, will have a big chunk there also.

they do, but it's more advisable to create your own one and give them the krisflyer acc number. The acc they create for you might have problem logging in.

It's a 5 min process, you can do it on your own.

go johor baru is a pain, less than 30km distance take 1~2 hours travel time consider fast

i think people like you with special circumstances, best to apply in person and talk to a human....online applications are programmed to reject any factors outside narrow parameters....

my income after exchange more than double for the minimum requirement MYR120k

not sure, just only an email, template email state that rejected.
for such speed, high percentage is system decline loh.
