Any issues with overpaying utilities before the TP rates change?
Looking to pay maybe 6-12 months in advance for TNB, Maxis etc. before April.

The category listed by Maybank is kind of general because they did not specified MCC code, hence no one know how they grouping each other. ie, waterbill in Kedah, is captured as Utilities by Hong Leong but Government Payment by Maybank coz its state-owned. |
