Hello guys, I like to ask about the RM50 charge fee for the replacement card as yesterday I received a secure2u transaction approval attempt on my Infinite supplementary card. Called Maybank and they told me that the transaction with e-Bid JPJ Secure 2 U was considered genuine and they will charge the replacement fee. Problem is I didnt do any transactions in JPJ portal and i was also 10pm. From my experience with other banks, any attempt of fraud will replace as foc. Anyone care to share their experience? This is kind of ridiculous.

Other banks so far waive for me even a few k transaction and even i request to cut they will cashback to me and ask dont cut off their cards...

hi all experts, i been using mbb card since 2019 and recently i signed up an HP from MBB and noticed yesterday in ccriss that there is a credit card application with a limit showing RM50k. While all these while i tried apply increase in CL but only once was approve that also add 10k more. Does it mean the ccriss CL on application is the additional on top of my current CL? or should wait for the approval done only able to know the limit. [example: ccriss 50k + current xxxx = total]?
