Question, anyone used the MBB KF AmEx Plat on Shopee's Apple Pay before? Seems like they have been crediting me based on 1KF = RM2.50. Anyone made noise b4 on it?

anyone has any idea why MBB have not credited KF miles for their MBB KF card? my statement already sent to me 2-3 days ago and it's still not reflected on SIA's website. Last month was pretty much before my statement was even sent to me, this month is no where to be seen. Hmmm

Hmmm something's not right. It's already 5 days past my statement date and my KF (just checked) is still not reflected yet on my KF acc. Calling them soon.

I'm probably one of their biggest complaint in their whole department now. Made noise since August's statement for 2 issues, until now also not rectified.

1) Apple Pay online is considered as local spend. They've ack the issue and making rectifications, since August 2024.
2) Apparently for those that has statement date fall on the 30th or something, their system is "not able" to capture the transactions and will credit wrongly. This was their reasoning given to me and it really really sounds utter bs. They suggested me to change my statement date to some other date where it would be captured properly.

Last month's statement, I was credited just a small 3 digit KF miles while based on my statement and tracking, I should be getting 20K++ KF miles. Even for my welcome points of 7k KF were not credited at all.

Got to push them hard. Their whole department for this card is like they've sidelined it.

My new monthly statement is in.

They credit everything wrongly again.

Finally, after almost 2-3 months and numerous calls and verifications, all KFs credited accordingly.

But I got extra 90k++ KF credited to me.
Tried searching for some campaign or what not but either is I did not send the sms to join or it's out of the campaign date.
Not complaining about the free 90k KF but just wondering where did it come from.

MBB diam diam put this in their announcement page today.

Well, at least tonight from 100 million air miles to 2 billion air miles to be snatched.
Time to whack all because come 22nd Feb, +2.5k TP extra needed for 1k air miles.

Please don't revise that for now.
