i will never click on the "fake debit card" link, as it has nothing to do with me...i don't use Debit cards...

not rubbish to publish a statement like that embedded in a 3rd level link titled :"ATTENTION: Fake Maybank Debit Card Replacement message"....?

in any case, i have escalated to private banking, they will get back to me....

It was pushed there because it was published in June. It was grouped according to the month of publishing.

Anyway, I guess we can stick back to the topic. Whoever thinks that it's not reasonable to force ATM users to switch to Debit Card, then please speak to your RM or CS. After all, not everyone like some of them who accepts every rubbish thrown to them. Not for me though, I have been using Debit Card for my ATM since 3 years ago. Let's stick back to the discussion for M2Cards. Thanks. biggrin.gif

Guys....need to clarify if I use maybank2u to pay TNB with my m2c Amex during weekend..... Am I entitle for the weekend 5% cash back? Thanks.

Has anybody tried calling their CS recently? My colleague has been trying to call them every day for a week and lines are still busy...She has tried the VS/Plat hotline and also general CS hotline. I also helped her to call VS/Plat and was put waiting for so long until I gave up. Then switched to general CS and the recorded IVR said high calls volume and asked to call back again then hung up. doh.gif

In the end, I gave her Maybank email address and she sent them an email instead. I have never encountered this though. Usually when I call the VS/Plat line, it only put me on hold max 3-5 minutes and will be answered by CS.

Terrible service...

Many have been complaining about this at the VS thread too. Their email service is no better either, from one of the best to simply one of the worst. Not exaggerating.

Maybe lots of people cancelled this card and they have also reduced their CS proportionally?

Not sure, I was suspecting is it due to PIN & Pay cards implementation? Many people call in to check?

gotta agree with this. very hard to get to the other end of the line nowadays. Emailed them request to settle my BT mid July, responded only a week later and then no follow up on their side and at the end not reflected in my statement. requested to settle EPP a few times last year, no problem. they responded timely.
