For Jackson case , maxis can choose to ignore and forget about it . they can offer any packages to diff customer . we got no right to question them . this is the fact .

On the other hand , maxis slow to react on market needs and changes . that's another diff story .celcom offer 5+5gb at rm80,doesn't mean maxis have to counter that .

But since maxis choose to upgrade MOP data , they must have expect other plan user like ivalue 1 will not happy .

If u don't want to join maxis , don't simply label their existing customer as water fish . willing seller ,willing buyer .

Looks like most loyal maxis user willing to pay the same price but with higher data quota.. Which in line with my personal observation.. Most don't care about price, but more care on data quota & 'quality' service

The reply I received from maxis listen is we will get upgraded to the new quota. Very confusing now.

why need to pay penalty ? i still hv 6 months contract and i already change to mop 98 without any penalty.

My plan is plan 68 East Malaysia with 1GB data with contract and have called them to inform them I want to MNP. They then offer me the plan 158 less RM90 monthly rebate for 24 months. I paid the contract termination penalty of RM 600.

Maxis Listen has replied and my plan is not entitled to the extra quota. They tend to give different answers from time to time. Initially they said I will be getting the extra quota and now no. All from maxis listen. Plan 158 here  is equivalent to plan 188 in West Malaysia. I am getting 7GB plus 1 GB free for 6 months plus unlimited Internet from 1am to 7 am.

Just wait and see what will happen at the end of the month.

For those who got RM68 offer for 5GB, does your account still show MaxisOne 5GB now? Or has Maxis switched to MaxisOne 98 (1GB) + Free 4GB?
