But most of the user here want 15GB and 20GB by paying RM68 & RM88.

But now those with 16gb and 20gb,I think all been take back by maxis and replace with MOP 98.

I think later they will take back the extra data given,because I think they are very busy to add data for customers now and maybe it is a mistake

then how many gb now show in you app?

I think now no more people enjoy the 16gb or 20gb with RM88,the forum user kc6012 is the first person here get 16gb with RM88,now his data also kena change to 7gb...

if the charge is before you port out,then I think you need to pay.

From what I know you only paid the fees that are already in a bills mean example 22 feb to 21 mar.

how you know your unbilled amount?you port out at 29th,isn't you successfully port out on the same day?

I think the unbilled amount you see only the amount that are beyond the benefit of package.
Just now I check,my bills is 17 april,and my unbilled amount show 0.00,isn't mean I no need pay the pro-rate bills for MOP 18 april to 23 april if I port out today?

if your plan is surfmore 75,the unbilled amount only show the call and sms only,it is not include in the surfmore 75.

finally you get the point...

1-Maxis change the plan for user who pay RM68 and RM 88 from MOP 158 & MOP 188 to MOP 98.

2-Those users start complaint and scold Maxis change plan without ask them and ask for change back to MOP 158&188 to enjoy "benefit"

3-Maxis accept and change those user's plan from MOP 98 to MOP 158&188 but without increase the data to 15GB & 20GB.

4-Some RM68 & 88 users start complaint again to Maxis and ask why didn't get the extra data. They also using the MOP 158&188.

5-Maxis accept and increase the data for them.

6-The normal MOP users know some users pay RM68 and RM88 but get 15GB & 20GB and then complaint to Maxis because feel it is unfair.

7-Maxis cant public this offer since will affect the Maxis income and revenue.

8-Maxis CEO find out why need to let 99.9% of postpaid angry instead of 0.01% of users unhappy.And he feel that it is correct decision to change those RM68 and RM88 users to MOP 98.

End,Maxis RM68 & 88 users only get two choice,accept and continue use it or port out...

I feel it is not so easy. Confirm some of the users will complaint if no extra data for them as they also use the same plan like MOP158 & MOP188.

of course not the true,just a procedure I draf,but I think this is the consideration by the top management of Maxis.

are u ask them why downgrade you from MOP188 to 98?

I think the data share is include the subline
it still RM88 after you add subline?
and you still can enjoy the special plan after change from Maxis One Plan to Maxis Share Plan
