well, for me, my offer was rm68 for 5gb, so technically, can't complain much. 

i thinks Mop 98 above are no contract....if i not miss, it can downgrade to mop  98 from mop 128.

for 100% ,better go and ask again for make sure .

mine is zerolution plan + mop128 without contract , can anytimes downgrade or terminate.

They won't pay you a single cent. Their contract/TnC (not only maxis but all) only benefit to them. All those small little terms of "best speed effort, fair usage policy, XXX reserved the right to change the plan if they deemed it neccessary and blah blah blah" to protect themselves. They can change if they want, but if you change penalty is coming. I always think that consumers should group together and file these unfair terms to court.

From the previous case, maxis was forcing to retreive all the unlimited by "enforcing" fair usage policy. For my points of view, it is abusing the term. For most telco, the FUP is not a "quota". It is a term to protect the network and other users, so everyone can get a "fair" usage. Most telco only apply it when network is congested or the user really download a huge amount and affect the other, only FUP will kick in. But for maxis, FUP = Quota.

FUP is definitely not a quota. If FUP=quota, it can't find this term in any "unlimited plan" such as streamyx, unifi...
I don't know other telco but maxis misuse this term.

Yes,  I also asked CS to pay me RM2200 as penalty as they are not able to fulfill their offer. Legally, we signed up for MOP188 with rebate.

RM88 for MOP188 tmr become 20GB    no other telco can beat

you mean previously rewards is MOP188 for RM88, but somehow Maxshit change to RM88 for MOP98? but I thought the data quota is 16GB after revise previously... if they change secretly to MOP98, it will become 5GB

My East Malaysia Plan 158 has been changed to Plan 68 a few minutes ago. Just realised from maxis app. No sms or call to notify!

Data Quota is as follow:

1. Unlimited off peak 1015.6 GB.
2. Special Free 2GB - 24 months.
3. Maxis One 5 GB.

The 20GB allocated earlier is gone! I have unsubscribed Spority immediately. 

If not because of the unlimited off peak quota, I would MNP to Digi.

Eventually all the special plans will be downgraded.

i have been heard some people paying 88 for 15gb before the plan riot kick in...

now i see some of them who managed to win 88 for 15gb still getting the upgrade to 20gb... i was like   

so tough meh? use the system filter out those user... sekali change to the plan with what their price pay according.

Fair play is what we need... not like pasar... he get an ikan masin for rm10 while i buying the same size ikan masin for rm20. aduhhh
