I managed to get my iPhone contract waived and they offered me and my other main line Rm88 plan with unlimited talk time + 16gb monthly data (all day, all time) 😘

P/s: it's actually the maxis RM188 plan but they will rebate me rm100 monthly as long as I stick to this plan to enjoy this package.

Anyone care to share their experience on Digi's plans? I ported out of Maxis and went with Celcom's RM80pm plan. And what a load of crap that plan is...I was told that there will not be any hidden charges but on all my lines I get the following charges:
Short Code Calls
Telemanager Retrieval
SMS Content Services - Sent
SMS Content Services - Received

I ask their OCS but their service KNS...cannot give me an answer.

I reported an SMS Content which I did not subscribed to last February...they said a refund has been made...I am still waiting. I made another on 1 April and today they said the report is still pending. Now all they can tell me is please pay before I can use my line. WTF! Their OCS told me on 1 April that pending the outcome of the report, I can use my line without interruption. WTF Celcom! Get your support straight!

So now I am thinking of porting out.

Maybe during peak hours, someone has experienced waiting that long.
I'm on MaxisGO plan prior, then today I got barred without any notification. Made a call and they reactivated my line. After a short while, I received a call from CS to offer me a plan upgrade of MaxisONE plan 98.

Within half-hour, the plan migration is done and I received SMS notifications and I checked my MyMaxis app, all the offered data is currenly active.

A smooth experience on my end so far. To be honest I never have any negative experience with Maxis yet, hopefully.

Exceeded credit limit but I just made payment less than a week ago. Yup, correct.

Should be each plan will have upped by another 4GB, so if the plan originally had 1GB it'll now be 5GB.

HELLO HELLO ..... why some of you so happy???? The problem arise from TS is not solved at all??? How about those porting out and getting RM68 for 5GB and RM88 for 7GB??? And Maxis is still offering from behind.. Compare these with the so call "offer" by the 2 jokers !!!
