Hotlink customer since 1996, converted to postpaid in 2012. Not a shit given by Maxis, not even membership to the so called OneClub.
Hotlink reloads alone in total I think more than RM 15k. |

there is a lot people misunderstood what I'm trying to say.. I'm not comparing which telco is cheaper comparing to Maxis. I've heard of Celcom plan and Digi plan lately which Maxis totally like an idiot comparing to those. But I never bother about that because I like Maxis branding and marketing. But now what I'm pissed and disappointed was Maxis giving unfair treatment to their customer. You can only get cheaper plan when you decided to leave Maxis? what kind logic is this. Treating your old customer like a moron?! That's totally fck up man.

QUOTE(howszat @ Mar 9 2016, 09:10 PM) One thing you can be sure. It's very competitive between those telco's. Kena rogol dengan kena piap piap sama jugak.A. Today, it might be telco A who has the best deal. B. Tomorrow, it might be telco B. C. After that, it could be telco C. If you think you got a good deal now, it is likely to change in future. It is true that existing customers often do not get offered the new attractive deals offered to new customers, and that tends to happen with most types of companies. The question is whether it is worth your while to monitor these things, and take the time to work out whether it's better or worse in your case, and switch if not. I have done it before, but realistically, in the longer term, there are not much difference between the telcos. Why? if they are consistently worse than the competitors, they will go out of business. So, in the longer term, there's not much difference between them. Jadi kalau nampak perogol , panggil dia sweet heart? |

QUOTE(jackson5759 @ Mar 9 2016, 09:00 PM) Already very disappointed to Maxis. I called 3 times today all CS say ok will refer to the telemarketing department and get back to me. But I never receive any offer still seems they are challenging their loyal customer to change telco. Sometimes will even think. Even they called and gave me the same offer that my friend got, I also dont feel like staying back anymore to this China Man and con job company. Last time use Maxis because of their healthy image + business marketing. Now it seems like they are playing their loyal customers like a fool. maybe u can PM their official rep in lyn see what they can do for youhttps://forum.lowyat.net/MaxisPostpaid https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showuser=887432 |

QUOTE(jackson5759 @ Mar 9 2016, 09:18 PM) I'm not comparing telco to telco.. what I'm pissed now. why in the same telco you can offer ppl who decided to leave with close to 3 times cheaper plan compare to ppl who stays and when ppl question them about the unfair treatment to loyal customers, they buat bodoh like an idiot. If maxis is expensive than other telco i have no issue at all. because i always believe maxis have a better CS compare to others. But now in the same telco you give such idiot treatment to your loyal customers! Actually, you are comparing telco to telco. If there are NO OTHER TELCO's, we would not be having this discussion. Because there is ANOTHER telco that is cheaper, they are trying to retain your business rather than lose to THE OTHER telco. Now, trust me -- the other telco's are doing exactly the same thing. They are offering a cheaper price to attract you. Do you know they are also offering the same deal to all THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS? I suspect not. At the end of the day, the customer decides. |

there are 3 type of people that sales person need to identify
1. those that want your product, like TS, no need to care about them 2. Those that die die also dun wan your product, No need waste anymore time there 3. Those that have potential, like your fren, saying will considered. That is the indication that the sales person putting some effort will yield results so always try to be type 3 |

QUOTE(howszat @ Mar 9 2016, 09:27 PM) Actually, you are comparing telco to telco. other telcos are offering cheaper price to attract customer yes and they announced it and everyone can change to that plan if they wanted to. But this Maxis now is giving some cheap deal to customer who decided to leave instead of other customer which using the same service in same company. And yes they are trying to retain their business rather than lose to the other telco, but if your customer found out you are giving such deal even you didnt announce it, why are you trying to deny it and not giving the same deal to your customer? being treated unfairly like this is totally nth to do with the telco to telco price war. it's how your company handling your customers. If there are NO OTHER TELCO's, we would not be having this discussion. Because there is ANOTHER telco that is cheaper, they are trying to retain your business rather than lose to THE OTHER telco. Now, trust me -- the other telco's are doing exactly the same thing. QUOTE(Vape On @ Mar 9 2016, 09:26 PM) Stupid comparison. You don't like the deal you are getting, change telco. No one if forcing you to stay. Telcos change their deals almost everyday. So, are you going to keep switching telcos everything there is a new attractive deal? You want to waste your time doing that, that's up to you. For me, I look at the longer term. But you probably have no idea what "longer term" means. But realistic, it is really up to you to decide what is best for you, so you can stop this "rogol" rubbish. |
