Hi guys..

What are the term used for Cherry/gateron brown switch on taobao?

I'm trying to get a Varmilo keyboard with brown switch.. but it's so confusing  cry.gif It's the only channel available too. ebay lacking of selection and mechanicalkeyboards.co.id only has blue switch in-stock.
I'm out of option..

brown switches are 茶軸
cherry is 櫻桃
gaterons are 佳達隆

You could consider relegendable keycaps such as this. Then, download the blank legend template from here, customize them to your needs and print it with an printer on your own

Hi guys, after 2 years with Cherry Blues, I have decided that I hate them (I just like sound it makes). Therefore, anyone interested with my Filco Convertible 2?

Besides, any good brown TKL board to recommend? Preferable with white LEDs. Thanks!

Yeah man. Wonder if I should go Red since I already have a Brown board at office. I'm selling the convertible because of the input lag on bluetooth while playing CS GO.

Honestly nvr owned others, but i do feel much comfy on blues. Comparing to membranes i do type faster. Some typo due to my lack of typing skills.
Dislike browns coz i cant feel the tactile feedback. Rough hands maybe? This is just based on random exploration at shops.

No one using mx clear here?

I feel you man. Those crispy clicky sounds it makes. But it's too stiff for me. I wish they have something like Brown or Red with clicky sound.

Same with me also, I've never tried mx blue before until i visited a shop which let me test typing on new ducky one mx blue switches, i was using Outemu blue which is less stiffer than mx blue, ended up switching to mx red since it sounded good and feel much smoother. I expect cherry mx to beat the satisfaction level compared with outemu or even kailh blue, the springs r way too stiff!

How come I don't feel comfortable using a palm rest on my full sized keyboard? My typing accuracy for bottom row also decreased. Is it because that the palm rest is too thick? My palm rest type is leatherette bought from taobao . I've even read about how palm rest will actually induce carpal tunnel syndrome...
