Even though mkb market is growing but its market is still considered kinda niche. Budget mkb still significantly more expensive than most of the  keyboard. Majority of customer willing to pay more for a quality built instead of some budget crap.

Maximum bling you say?

I'd prefer ducky series. Better construction and they've been doing it longer.

It boils down to 3 things:
• DS5 has no software, but the lighting modes are easy enough to configure. Masterkeys has software, giving you more complete control over the lights.
• Masterkeys has brigter/more vibrant LEDs compared to DS5
• Masterkeys L is cheaper than DS5, Masterkeys S is cheaper than Ducky Zero Shine TKL

Well, the other two guys already said it, but I'll just add some stuff.

Overall, I don't care much about RGB boards, so the moment you ask me about RGB and you see my face you're gonna get the trademarked "wtf are you doing with your life?" look from me.

Obviously, I'd prefer ducky because of my history (and their history too), but both brands are quite good. Personally, I used one ducky board and that's about it.

Otherwise, neither boards have a history of breaking down/causing problems beyond the bloody LED burnout in gen1 boards (improper resistors? IDK TBH). If you ask around about their users, nobody has any complaints besides the price.

And now that I've typed such a long essay (ok, long for a simple question like yours), my face is once again scrunched up with that trademarked "wtf" face because I don't think it's professional to bring a bling board to the office. IDK. You boss might feel it's fine or even encourage it, but I will look at this noob in my office and think WTF is wrong with him.

Obviously this stems from:

1. RGB isn't exactly easy to fix. You need to desolder switch before getting to it, and the switch housing is easier to melt.

2. Office very dark is it? Kibod need light?

And if you buy MX Blues habislah kau.

Get Ducky keyboards. More solid compared to K70 Lux, Rapidfire and Logitech G810.

I have Corsair K70 Lux for my incoming Corsair Lapdog. That keyboard isn't as solid as Filco or Ducky keyboards, period.

your definition of "best RGB keyboard"?
since u say switch doesn't matter, when u say doesn't matter, do you mean it doesn't matter if it's cherry mx, kailh, gateron, bla bla, or do you mean the type as in tactile, clicky, linear, onecup?

Hi sir, thanks for the long essay thumbup.gif well the exact reason am getting the RGB is because I haven't tried it yet (reasonable right lol). If you asked me I do owned multiple of mecha board before filco, ducky, realforce & WASD CODE with cherry black, brown, red, blue, clear & green...

so pls don't get 'wtf', i do owned custom board which is my only board & main driver right now at home, but at office currently using dell rubber dome kb so thinking of replacing it with something not boring smile.gif
