Yeap, but there's no nudity. If this is against our laws, then tons of photos you see on facebook would also be against our law, including all types of gravure photography that do not contain nudity. I have friends who photograph women in suggestive poses as a career. In Malaysia.

Actually the criteria is whether it was considered as pornography or not (no nudity doesn't mean it's not pornographic). What's scary for this criteria is it is up to the judgement of the custom officer. When my Kuroki Mikage figure ( https://myfigurecollection.net/item/331694 ) was confiscated last time, I did ask what are the criteria for the stuff to be considered as pornographic, and the officer can't answer it, which means they don't actually have any guidelines for it. I escalated the matter to their boss that day, and the boss told me he will just follow what his front line officer decision. So the decision can vary between custom officers.

That's pretty much why I always wear my ID tag as a civil servant, a Dr., with me to kastam I suppose. Last time years ago i used student ID and status to get away with lots of things. They very cincai with me last time. But that mikage figure of yours is huge, and summor big tits lol.

So a quick update, I finally got my Megumi figure from Pos Laju. Went to their office and collect it myself. No sign of Kastam opening my parcel at all, no "Ditahan" stamp as well. I guess I was lucky

Does Nippon Yassan provide you a copy with the fake invoice when u ask them to under declare? Last time when my item got held by custom and is underdeclare, they ask for an invoice.

Over here in Butterworth they just want to see the invoice, even on my phone also ok. So i photoshopped a screenshot of the invoice or email to show it to them. I purposely make the final amount close to rm500 but not taxable. I like to edit it to around 8000yen, excluding shipping.
