Hmm, i think no need worry, it is just undressing. Last time they only specified to me cannot bogel (naked). If it was me, i would definitely argue with them. actually parcels from overseas undergo double customs inspection (kul and pen) if it's ultimate address is in penang? i thought only once at point of entry i.e. kul? unless parcel direct send to pen, no?  |

Once entered Malaysia i think japan side is not updating immediately as they get the info from malaysia. For small packet even slower.
