Hey guys, so I bought this item from Mandrake Japan and it was sent by EMS. Normally it would have arrived in my house by now, but it has been 5 days and still hasn't reach Malaysia.

Has anyone experienced similar issue before?

I dont think its cause for concern... until you get love letter from Kastam..

I've been using EMS all these while and this is the first time it takes so long for it to reach Msia. I'm worried the package might go missing.

Getting detained by custom is unlikely though since it's less RM300

last year I order model kit plamax from hlj less RM300 also detain by kastam pos laju to show what inside the box

these days the kastam is very hardworking. i have 2 nendos checked on separate occasions (just poslaju opened up to see what's inside). i think they are on high alert to look out for drugs (lol) or something

hi wana ask opinion on asuna figure.

i preordered gsc asuna at 9k yen, and alter announce another asuna figure(like it a bit more compared to gsc) but it most likely will be double the price,(sinon already 18k yen)

now i not sure which one to chose, and is alter's quality really worth the price? since i see people complaining alter jacking up price till overkill, have yet to own a alter figure.

need ur opinion. also i already have sinon and Leafa so i need asuna to complete the set.

i dun remember figurine preorder being cancellable maybe i was wrong
anyway both of them have same pose, height and clothes? u might want to consider the leafa and sinon's figurine height so that it look nice when all 3 are place together

you could shoot them (assuming it's amiami or hobbysearch) and just use your discretion on both the reasoning and the frequency of it. recently cancelled a back order item with amiami and replaced an order on an in-stock item and they were "animated" in their reply, compared to their usual stoic sounding mails lol

if sinon and leafa are of the same manufacturer I'd personally stick with the same one for asuna but that's just me on the gsc vs alter dealio it's alter > max > gsc > koto for me in terms of sculp/pose/general quality

Alter in general intentionally prices things higher than usual for items them know will sell. Love Live and Idolmaster figures' ludicrous pricing are often being blamed on the "Idol tax". Not necessarily because the licensing was expensive, but the prices were jacked because they are idol characters. At least Alter never disappoints in quality.

However I can certainly see SAO and FGO stuff being priced at a premium just because of their popularity. For this reason I'm scared of what the price of Alter's 1/7 Avenger Jeanne Alter will be. I'm predicting as high as up to 25,000yen. Anywhere between 20k to 25k. The prototype is not even painted yet and it already looks like a masterpiece.
