Like that one la, some place shipping expensive some place cheap. But actually when u total up with figure price it's more or less the same everywhere. I checked back my order in NY, i paid 3200yen for shipping back then.

For those who bought Native figures from Nippon Yasan,

1) what do you all request from Nippon Yasan about the custom declaration?
2) does Native covered (inside the packaging) the figure's boobs and crotch with something so that they were not exposed?
3) can list which Native figures from Nippon Yasan that you guys managed to received safely?

I would say Native figures are the easiest to get past customs.
The box is very discreet, no windows, no illustrations, nothing. It looks like a pretty gift box with anything possible inside - a japanese tea set? a wooden sculpture? an antique clock? Something like that. A nice-looking gift box with only the figure/character's name on it. My Native Nurse Momoi has a huge red cross on it only while the entire box is pink (deluxe version; standard version is white).

if tax figures not so much dmg, but dollfie is way much more expensive, cheapest is at least around rm3k & up, so u can guess how much tax is from there   

so if its rm4k the tax can go up to around rm400, can almost buy a figure liao lol so if can skip, can save quite alot

Just returned from Kastam. And the result is...

Will still be confiscated      Tried to explain about the clothes usually purchase separately (I even brought seamless doll as sample), but they say they will assess only on what's inside the parcel (which is just the figure in naked apron). Not helping when 5 of 6 officers who present in the room for the rayuan are Muslim women (one of them even said "sebagai Muslim macam ni tak boleh"  ), and the Kastam director just agree to the verdict of the majority of the officers (those 6). The director did commented on there is no definite guideline about my case; what considered lucah for some might not be the same for others. But since all 6 officers agreed the figure is lucah, he have to agree as well. He did said I can appeal again another time (most probably hinting it could be passed depending on officers in-charge).

In summary, the figurine (Freeing 1/4 Kuroki Mikage) considered as lucah because:
- skimpy clothes
- sexy pose
- not articulated enough to be considered as a doll

Not sure whether I want to appeal again (maybe this time bringing other static 1/4 figurines with decent clothes on), but for now I can just deemed the RM 840 for the figure burned

The main reason why (at least for me) underdeclare is so that kastam won't open the package;if your stuff is to be taxed they might open the package to make sure the content match the declaration sheet. This. Kastam dont really intentionally open parcels to check for lewd stuff. They are often accidental discovery, when they open big boxes to check for items matching description for tax purposes.

This is why i tend to buy 18sx figures from taobao nowadays. There are genuine figure dealers there too. Parcels coming in from taobao almost never gets any screening from kastam. I went over rm2k including helping friend get 2 Skytube figures also nothing. The entire combined shipping package including my own stuff was like 1 cubic meter in size. Contents mostly  haram. I no longer preorder ecchi figures, i stalk Taobao after release. In fact you can also preorder there.
