i heard some ppl say, pavillion 2 no world class brand like gucci prada,hermes, only same like midvalley....got anyone can comfirm it?

In Malaysia

Plus facing a beautiful recreational park
There is so much potential for the mall to attract customer and planning event
Eg count down of new year with firework with activity at the park and etc

For Investment , Bukit Jalil Now Are Own Stay Area, If pAVILLION 2 NO world class brand to attractive tourist, china tourist, park 2 want to be airbnb in this super over supply area quite hard, and pavillion 2 if a low cost mall only using pavillion name , wont be success also..... become second damen mall and intermark mall

Good enough if Pavilion Bukit Jalil on par or slightly better than IOI Puchong, IOI City Mall or Sunway Velocity.

major tenants are very important, if no world class brand, only for local business, no tourist at future, park 2 and park sky or rental need negative gao gao
